REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy - the basics

We understand that plans can change. Clients may cancel scheduled consulting sessions under the following conditions:

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance: Full refund will be issued.

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance: 70% of the total fee will be refunded.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows: No refund will be provided.

Cancellations or reschedule

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us via admin@kitbc.com.au or the same method used to book the appointment or through our contact page. Refunds will be processed within 1 to 10 business days of cancellation confirmation.
